Our Factory

The cheese factory, located in  area Perindustrian  Ara Damansara, Selangor, is also where our home office is. Equipped with some of latest technology and custom-ordered machinery from Italy, the factory is designed to adhere to strict health and safety protocols, and is capable of producing 20 tones of cheese a month.

We pride ourselves with the high quality products that were made in accordance with health and safety codes, determined by the relevant local authorities and internationally practiced standards.

For example, milk is collected from the farm and transferred to the factory.

Our Fresh Milk from Farm

The fresh milk transported from our farm to our factory and store in ciller container before it continue to procees 

Milk Curding

The milk is pasteurised using special machine then transfer to big container for procees of curding.

Cheese Mixer

Process to make cheese by  add Cheese made from blending natural cheese with additional ingredients such as emulsifiers, stabilizers, flavorings, and preservatives.

Packing

After the cheese well blend it will store chill overnight to age the cheese and packing the next day.
